Robert E. Gallagher
President and C.E.O.
Bob Gallagher is the President responsible for all matters relating to the company and co-founder of Aircraft Systems Group, Inc. He has over thirty year's of experience in the commercial aviation industry, holding senior level positions at airlines, leasing companies, manufacturers, repair facilities and parts distributors. Presently Bob handles the hands on aspects of consulting projects in which the company is involved. Mr. Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Science from the City University of New York, a Master of Arts in Technical Education from New York University, and a Post Masters Certificate in Aviation Management from Dowling College. He also holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate, FAA Designated Mechanical Examiners Certificate, a New York City Aviation Maintenance T
eachers License, and various industry aircraft specific course certificates. Bob is a member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading, Society of Automotive Engineers (Aerospace) and the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association.
Audrey Salgado
Asset Manager
Audrey Salgado is one of the Asset Managers and is one of the co-founders of Aircraft Systems Group, Inc. She has over fifteen years of management, marketing and sales experience with international corporations. Prior to founding the company, Audrey was a senior manager with Western Electric and AT&T Technologies during the break-up and subsequent re-emergence
of the new company in a competitive environment. Presently she manages the day to day activities of the company including, contractual arrangements and marketing campa
igns. Ms. Salgado holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Iona College.
Elisieo "Pete" Abuin
Asset Manager
Pete joined ASG this year after overseeing the closing of World Air Lease, where he was the vice president of operations responsible for the acquisition, shop management, support programs, and leasing of aircraft engines. Prior to that, Pete worked for International Air Leases where he was responsible for the sales, management, acquisition, and leasing of various types of turbine engines. Additionally he managed engineering and quality assurance programs for operational fleets, based throughout the world, under contractual arrangements. Pete was t
he general manager of their powerplant repair station in direct contact with the FAA during the development and implementation of the facility. Pete also served time in the US Air Force as a crew chief. Pete holds an Associates Degree from Boston and Mississippi State University, a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry Riddle University, and is an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic.
Ralph Salgado
Asset Manager
Ralph Salgado represents Aircraft Systems Group, Inc. also as an on-site technical manager who inspects, directs, and assures compliance from the maintenance facility. Ralph specializes in avionics repair and modifications along with system specific troubleshooting. He has extensive training on the 737 aircraft from Lufthansa and United Airlines. In the past he has held
positions with Butler Aviation as Shift Manager, Presidential Airways as Director of Maintenance, US Airways as Maintenance Control Manager, and a senior consultant to GECAS on various projects. Mr. Salgado holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aircraft Maintenance from Embry Riddle University, and an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License. |
